Gee... Where do I start?
What was a relatively uneventless day ended in a pretty fun evening ^_^
Bummed all day, then hopped on over to the Megamall parking lot to join in on the funnings at the Oktoberfest and watch Monsterbot play since I haven't seen the band in like, what, a year? Maybe more?
Notables at Oktoberfest:
- Mich was able to dupe the guards to let me in for free by grabbing me when I reached the entrance and said, "she's my bandmate! she's my bandmate!!" Well, yeah, I am, but we're not playing, ahahahaha!
- there was this girl who was saying hi to me that I can't remember who. Then it just dawned on me that a few weeks ago she was the person who approached me at Fine Arts, and said that she's one of the organizers for Oktoberfest, and she asked me for Diego's number so she can ask the band to perform.
- Got Diego to give me his Oktoberfest shirt.
- Nine months of quitting smoking down the drain. I'll start quitting again in a month.
- Rico gave me a kiss then complained how salty I was. WELL HELLO I WAS SWEATING. That's what you get for kissing without permission, ahahaha! Hey, no else who kissed me complained!!
- Glenn tattooed his wife's name on his chest. That is so sweet.
- Free beer = fucking warm. Iced Beer = for sale. Assholes.
- I didn't get to hang out with Bell-kun much -_-;
- Saw so many people I haven't seen in the longest time! I haven't been in "the band scene" for so long. It was cool though when Shine's friend actually remembered me for that time a year or so ago when I performed with Monsterbot in Mayric's
- Lots and lots of piccies! There was this one time where we posed for a group pic, then suddenly all these people popped in taking our pictures with uber sized cameras! Nyaaaaaah! ATTACK!!!
- Some people with ID's (prolly magazine people) took Mich, Hannah, and my picture. I can not stress enough how shitty I would probably end up in that picture.
- A guy from a car started asking my name. Thank you Hannah for pulling me away.
- Big ugly white guy grabbed my chair from me. As in, he took the chair I was going to sit on right out of my hands. *beep beep BEEEEEPing beep*
After Oktoberfest, Mich talked me into going to a party with her. Baldy girl Goldie lent me her shirt (YAY!) and left, so it was just me, Mich, and Hannah. We went to a birthday party full of HOT HOT HOT GAY MEN. *hanyaaaaaaaaaan*
Notables at hot gay party:
- HOT HOT HOT gay guy in brown jacket and his ultra kawaii hot mini-boyfriend. My paper cup was being massacred by my grinding teeth.
- Ultra kawaii gay birthday celebrant.
- Everyone in that party had a livejournal so they were picking on me for being on Blogger.
- I thought that blogging was a dork thing... Turns out I was wrong, haha.
- Was glad to be surrounded by hot gay men. It's boy watching without the temptation. Perfect for the girl with a boyfriend XD
- The ratio of gay guys to girls were 10:1. We were a bit out of place...
So.... We went off instead on a Quest for Love for Hannah's sake. We hopped over to another party where her object of affection was located. Good thing it was just a laid back party so I didn't have to do anymore socializing because I was getting a tad tired.
Notables at laid-back party:
- Nothing, really. Just a whole lot of stoned and drunk guys singing out of tune.
- Oh wait... Cute guy in dreds. Found out that we go to the same college too.
- Oh, and yeah... All guys want Hannah. Hm... I'm kinda envious. I have to win my guys with personality. And my personality's not even award-winning to begin with, hahahahaha!
And then finally we ended the night. Mich and Hannah walked me to Starbucks then they went home and I waited for my brother to pick me up. Got homee at 3:30 am.
Not a bad night. I haven't had a night out for so long :P
Tomorrow... On to Smallville launch! We're gonna take advantage of the open bar... And then... Mich is going to drag me to a freakin wave where dorks wave glowsticks! Hahaha, just kidding, just kidding! *ducks debris from angry ravers* I'm just really not a raver, ahehehe. But it should be fun :P Even if I can't do those "washing the plates!" or "raising a flag!" or "picking up change!" dance steps. And I can't twirl a glowstick to save my life. I'll just do my Yapi dance (translation=jump around like a total idiot) as usual.
Oh, and if anyone tells Alan I think glowsticks are dorky, I will personally come over to your house and bust your kneecaps.
And before ravers with glowsticks come to my doorstep with pitchforks, anime is dorkier than raving, okay? OKAY? I'm a dork too! We're all dorks! BWAHAHAHAHA.
Whoooooo, long entry.
