After the Storm Comes A Blue Sky
Wheeee, I'm getting that purty new iMac that looks like an alien! Is so pretty XD A few months ago I asked my parents to buy me an iMac. Since the new white one with the swiveling LCD is a bit too pricey for me to have the gall to ask for it, I told them that it would be really nifty if I got a nice indigo classic iMac for my birthday and I said I'll even pay for part of it. They said yes, but when I found out that I wasn't graduating I told them that I'm too embarrassed to ask for one, and that I'll just use my money to visit Alan :P
Fast forward to now, with me smarting from the blow of a denied visa. Mom told me that to cheer me up, she's gonna buy me the purty white one with the swiveling LCD screen! Eeeeee! Nifty, mommy XD That, along with a brand new pair of knee high boots full with lots of badass straps. Hee hee. Whenever something bad happens, something good will always follow :P
On a different note, I went with Mich yesterday to watch the Ring Trilogy. Well, I watched 1 and 2 alone (holy crap, I was hiding behind my backpack!), then saw 0 with her. AAAAAAAAAUGH!! I'm traumatized! That's one scary movie! Mich saw it through her jacket and I saw it from behind my bag! Let's see if I touch my vcr for a month! Last night it took all of my courage to force myself to pick up the remote and turn on the tv! Nyeeeee. I heard that they're making a remake, though. American version. Hm. No offense to Americans, but I have a feeling I'll like the Japanese version better.
About Mich, I'm glad I hung out with her again. There were some incidents in highschool and a bit more in college that caused us to fall out. Last year, though she was the bigger person and actually texted me and called me up and we caught up with how the other is doing :) Yeah, I admit I was sour with her for a while, but things are better left to the past :) I'm glad we're starting to be buddies again :) Take me to the prom, Mich!!!
